SMYO Cheer Elite is Southern Maryland’s premier performance recreation cheerleading organization, proudly serving athletes ages 4 to 18, with or without prior cheer experience. Founded in 2018, we offer year-round competitive performance cheerleading in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where athletes grow both on and off the mat. We are uniquely positioned between traditional recreational cheer and all-star programs—meaning athletes get the excitement of competition without the commitment to football sidelines, and families receive high-quality training and experiences at a more affordable cost.
